9 months

Nine months brought that big milestone that everyone looks forward to-- walking! Naturally, Isaac took to walking like a pro. Once he started, there was no stopping him! This picture is of one of his first steps. For this month's pictures, we headed outside. The weather in April was beautiful!

It was also Isaac's first time being on grass. He didn't like the feel too much!

But he loves spending time outside!

Daddy tried putting him on the grass again and, after a few tries, Isaac came around. Now we can't get him to stop running all over the yard.

This year was Isaac's first Easter. Naturally I dressed him up in a cute bunny hat. We also attended our neighborhood's Easter Egg hunt.

My sweet little bunny (while looking for eggs he got sidetracked eating dirt-- as evidenced by the dirt on his mouth). Look! I found an egg! He kept holding the egg up to his head...not sure why, silly guy.

We spent a lot of time outside this month. Isaac really enjoyed swinging on Mimi & Grampy's swing.

Isaac and I enjoyed going on walks around the neighborhood most afternoons.

Grampy kept working on Isaac's math lessons. Ike loves learning from his Grampy.

Look at how intensely Ike is looking at the math book! He really grew a lot this month. I can't believe how big he is! He now wears size 18 month clothes and weighs 24 lbs (85%) and is 29in (59%) tall.
