Our builder, Ronnie Leggitt, was just utterly amazing. I really don't have the words to say what a kind and talented builder he is. His wife, Kathy Leggitt, is equally as knowledgeable and sweet. It was actually an easy, positive experience building and buying our house.
Seriously!
Ronnie and Kathy Leggitt accommodated every request we had. Ronnie even indulged my last minute house/wedding insanity when I walked in and hated the stainless steel sink they'd put in. I rushed to Home Depot and found an almond porcelain kitchen sink. Without question, Ronnie switched them out.
When we weren't sure about the paint for the brick, Kathy said they'd paint it and, if it wasn't the right color, they'd tweak it.
If you've ever built a house, you know this type of customer service is unheard of. I felt like I was spending a million dollars on a house. Heck, I wouldn't have expected this type of service even then!
And, like I said, we were getting married just two short days after moving in and it was still a good experience. All because of Kathy & Ronnie!
We could not be happier in our house, our home. It is everything we'd always wanted and more. Thank you Ronnie & Kathy for building our home!
